General:
As the operator of this website, we take privacy very seriously. Therefore, this website does not use any services that allow analysis of visitor behavior. Apart from the standard log files, no further data is collected or stored. We only process the personal data of our users to the extent that this is necessary for this website and its contents. This website deliberately does not use cookies, however, the content management system used may in some cases use session cookies, which are files for temporary storage of information on your computer that are technically necessary for displaying and managing the webpages. No data is stored on your computer for later evaluation.

E-mail addresses:
If you send us an e-mail, your data will only be used for communication/conversation with you. It will not be passed on to third parties. User data is deleted as soon as the communication/conversation with the user is finished. The communication/conversation ends when the circumstances indicate that the relevant facts have finally been clarified.

Log data:
Each time our web pages are accessed, the server automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer. This data is called log data. Only the standard log data is processed by the operator of the web server (hosting service provider). This data is necessary for the hosting service provider (here Strato AG, Berlin) to ensure proper operation. Log data is collected by the host when you visit our website. Log information includes the IP address of the device that you use to access the website or service, the type of browser you are using, the website you previously visited, your system configuration (the user's operating system), and the date and time. The host stores IP addresses only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Otherwise IP addresses are deleted or anonymized. Thus the IP addresses of visitors to this website are anonymized shortly after termination of the connection. Consequently, a direct evaluation of the IP addresses with the establishment of a reference to individuals is not possible for us as the operator of this website.

The data mentioned is processed for the following purposes:
- To ensure smooth operation of the website
- To ensure easy use of the website
- For the evaluation of system security and stability and other administrative purposes.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legitimate interest derives from the purposes listed above. In no case do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your own person.

Appeal and removal option:
The collection of data for the purposes of the website as well as the storage of the data in log files is essential for the operation of the website. There is consequently no right of appeal on the part of the user. In all other cases the user has the option, at any time, of refusing his consent to the processing of personal data. In such cases any communication/conversation must be discontinued.

Right to information
On request, we will gladly inform you in writing whether and what data we have stored about you and for what purpose. If you wish to assert your statutory rights to information, correction, deletion or blocking of your data, please contact:
See address above

Right of appeal:
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of any data concerning you is contrary to the GDPR.
